So many people talk about losing weight fast. The truth is, losing weight is relatively easy, and you can do it quickly, if you know how.

It seems more and more these days, people are walking less, prefering instead to use modern technology to help move them around, from automobiles to elevators. We even have wheelchairs that can ’stand-up’ to raise a person to a more normal height. It almost to the point where we don’t need legs anymore, especially some of the lazier, and undoubtedly overweight people.

The average person’s leg probably weighs close to 20lbs. So, if a person was really serious about losing weight, that would be a good place to start. The procedure would be best performed by a surgeon, but with the proper tools, you and a friend could probably get it done in a relatively short amount of fime. All you’ll need is a sharp knife, a saw, a soldering iron, and of course some warm water and towels. Learn more at Wikipedia1.

OK, I’m having a little fun here, though most people say it’s ‘weight’ they want to lose, it’s actually body fat that most of us are hoping to drop. And the only way to lose body fat and keep it off is to increase your ‘calories out’ (exercise), and reduce your ‘calories in’ (eating). So, see more of my posts in the fitness, health, and nutrition categories to learn how. It definitely works, but it takes a bit longer than than the easy weight lose alternative…
