How Site of Grace locations and this page works

You will discover many Sites of Grace through exploration, with some being at the entrance mini-dungeon (an icon of a cave or catacomb will be visible behind it), while others appear after defeating a boss in that area, which the Site of Grace will also usually be named after.

However, being a large open world, it's also easy to miss many of them depending on the route you're travelling, while some are not as obviously visible.

As there are over 300 Sites of Grace in the whole game, this guide is not meant to be a thorough explanation of every single one. We hope that these maps, with each Site of Grace marked by a yellow circle will provide an overview of their locations at a glance to help give you a better sense of where to explore.

We have included notes, either highlighting points of interest or explaining the topography of the maps, as some Sites of Grace will need to be found from traversing a specific route, or be located higher up or underground even when on the map, some look like they're next to each other.

Limgrave Site of Grace locations

1. The starting area of Elden Ring, where you will first meet White-Faced Varre. Although it's called The First Step, you should have already activated two Sites of Grace before coming to the surface: Stranded Graveyard and the Cave of Knowledge tutorial area.
2. Church of Elleh is where you can find Kale, the first merchant you meet and also a smithing table to make your first basic gear upgrades. Return here after acquiring Torrent to meet Ranni (or Renna, as she calls herself) to get the Spirit Calling Bell.
3. From Gatefront onwards is Stormhill, with the surrounding Sites of Grace located higher up, and also leading to the first legacy dungeon Stormveil Castle.
4. Northwest of Lake Agheel, Limgrave Tunnels is a good early mini-dungeon to acquire some Smithing Stones for upgrading your weapon.
5. North of Lake Agheel is a ravine, which is where you can get to Murkwater Cave to find Patches. Beware entering this ravine the first time as you'll be invaded by an NPC.
6. Highroad Cave is at the very north of the ravine but has to be accessed from Stormhill and then jumping down via a gust from a nearby bridge while riding Torrent. The reward at the end of this mini dungeon is the Blue Dancer Charm.
7. Ruin cellars typically do not have a Site of Grace. The exception is Waypoint Ruins Cellar east of Lake Agheel, where you can find Sorceress Sellen.
8. The Third Church of Marika north-east of the lake and north of the Mistwood is where you can find a Sacred Tear as well as the flask of Wondrous Physick.
9. The Coastal Cave isn't just a mini-dungeon, it's also an underground path that will lead you to the small island south-west to the Church of Dragon Communion, which also has its own Site of Grace.
10. Just out of shot from the above to the north-east is the Site of Grace for the Divine Tower of Limgrave, found at the end of the bridge. The tower is accessible after defeating Godrick the Grafted with the Godrick Great Rune in your possession.

Weeping Peninsula Site of Grace locations

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond with the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. South of Limgrave by taking the path south-east of Lake Agheel, the Bridge of Sacrifice is the first Site of Grace for the area. You'll also find Irinia nearby who you need to speak with to begin the Castle Morne quest.
2. Castle Morne is a considerably small dungeon with four Sites of Grace, one of these being the boss, Leonine Misbegotten. The dungeon however isn't just the castle itself but beyond its walls further southwest, requiring you to drop off the edge shortly after reaching Behind the Castle's Site of Grace.
3. Ailing Village Outskirts is north of Callu Baptismal Church where you can find a Sacred Tear. This area is higher up which can be reached from the south side.
4. South of the Lookout Tower is actually far below Ailing Village Outskirts and can be reached by turning around and heading north-west after first heading southwards shortly after Bridge of Sacrifice. From here you can cross a bridge to reach the west part of the peninsula.
5. Tombsward Catacombs is on this higher part of land between the Minor Erdree to the south and the Church of Pilgrimage to the north, although the entrance isn't immediately visible from the ruins nearby. Defeating the boss of this mini-dungeon will reward you with one of the most powerful summoning spirits in the game, Lhutel the Headless.

Stormveil Castle Site of Grace locations

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond with the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. Stormveil's Main Gate is not the only entrance to the castle as you can infiltrate from the side. Most of the other Sites of Grace for this dungeon can be found on at the edges of the castle.
2. Gateside Chamber is tucked in the left corner after you breach the gate head-on, a helpful checkpoint to have to save you from trying to dodge oncoming arrows next time.
3. Whether you go head-on or sneak in, your path will eventually merge at the Rampart Tower Site of Grace. Heading further along north out to the ramparts and down the ladder to a chapel where you'll find Sorcerer Rogier (just watch out for the birds who fling explosive barrels at you).
4. Liftside Chamber to the left has a lift that takes you up a safe route to reach Godrick. If you don't take this route and head right you'll have to encounter more of those annoying birds, although this is also where you'll find a Golden Seed and first meet Nepheli if you want to summon her for the Godrick fight.

Liurnia Site of Grace locations

Here are two maps of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond with the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. Lake-Facing Cliffs is the first Site of Grace you should come across when you first enter this area. To the left is Church of Irith where you will find a Sacred Tear and Sorceror Thops.
2. While Stillwater Cave is pictured adjacent, this Site of Grace is actually far below you at the most southeast part of the lake. Inside you'll find the Sage armour set, while the boss here will reward you with the Winged Sword Insignia talisman.
3. Slumbering Wolf's Shack is where you will find Latenna the Albinauric, whose questline you must follow in order to get her spirit ashes and reach the secret path to the Haligtree. To reach this Site of Grace, you must first traverse the Lakeside Crystal Cave just north of it, accessible via a path south of the lake.
4. Village of the Albinaurics is where you will find the old man who gives you one half of the secret Haligtree Medallion in Latenna's questline, and is part of how you acquire the Royal Remains armor set. The other nearby Sites of Grace in this part of the map are located far above you and will only be accessible towards the end of Ranni's quest.
5. Cliffbottom Catacombs is located on a lower part of land that's accessible from the north. Defeating the boss of this mini-dungeon will reward you with Kaiden Sellsword Ashes.
6. To reach the Divine Tower of Liurnia to the east, you have to go via Study Hall Entrance. However, you must have a certain item that's given to you by Ranni during her questline.
7. Although the path looks like it, there isn't a path of Jarburg from the north. Instead, you need to do a bit of platforming from the cliffside next to it. This is where you'll find the NPC Jar-Bairn.
8. Church of Vows is where you can find Miriel (aka pope turtle) and also where you can can be absolved of your sins if you've attacked an NPC.
9. Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel is north-east of the lake and requires going further onto the shore to reach. Defeating the boss here will reward you with Smithing-Stone Miner's Bell Bearing (1).
10. Although it looks like it's part of the Raya Lucaria Academy, Academy Crystal Cave is actually located down at the lake, although completing it will take you to a secret area inside the academy. Defeat the boss to get the Crystal Release spell, but continue on the lift to find the Terra Magicus spell in the secret location.
11. Although it looks like it's on the bridge, East Gate Bridge Trestle's Site of Grace is located on the lake.
12. The Four Belfries has three teleporters that take you to different secret locations. Each requires an Imbued Sword Key to activate, although you can find one in a chest at the top.
13. Road to the Manor can be found by hitting a fake wall. This is the route to Caria Manor where you can find the Sword of Night and Flame as well as the way to find Ranni to begin her questline. Near this Site of Grace, you'll also find the giant blacksmith Iji.
14. There's two Sites of Grace inside Ranni's Rise, one near the bottom, the other in Ranni's chambers. The latter only appears after she has disappeared from her location about halfway through her questline and when the entrance to Renna's Rise to the north has opened.
15. Grand Lift of Dectus is the path to reach Altus Plateau, accessible once you find the two halves of the Dectus Medallion.
16. Frenzied Flame Village Outskirts (as well as Church of Inhibition to the north-west, where you need to go as part of Varre's questline) can only be accessed from the north side, ideally from the Grand Lift of Dectus Site of Grace. Be careful of enemies who can inflict the madness stat.
17. The Ravine at the north of the lake is how you can access an alternative route to Altus Plateau rather than via the Grand Lift of Dectus. Head further in and you'll also find a Golden Seed.
18. At the end of the ravine is Ravine-Veiled Village Site of Grace. There's a ladder that will take you up to Ruin-Strewn Precipice Site of Grace. Continue up this way and then westwards where you'll have to fight Magma Wyrm Makar, and then you'll reach Altus Plateau.

Raya Lucaria Academy Site of Grace locations

1. Not counting Main Academy Gate, Raya Lucaria Academy has four Sites of Grace, including the boss, but you will start from here and take a lift to the academy. The other two Sites of Grace visible on this map is the Academy Crystal Cave located on the lake below and South Raya Lucaria Gate accessed from the Academy Gate Town.
2. Church of the Cuckoo is your next Site of Grace once you've safely made it into the academy past the glintstone sorcerers and tough marionette soldiers. From here you'll be following around the edges of the building and gradually making your way south-east.
3. From Schoolhouse Classroom you have to make your way a few floors past some glintstone enemies in order to reach a boss fight against Red Wolf of Radagon.
4. Debate Parlor is the Site of Grace that appears after you've defeated Red Wolf of Radagon. You'll head north from here to continue exploring the academy. It's unfortunately also the last Site of Grace you'll find from now until the boss.
5. Upon defeating Rennala Queen of the Full Moon, she will become a friendly NPC who you can visit to respec in Elden Ring or change your appearance.

Altus Plateau Site of Grace locations

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond with the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. Altus Plateau is a complex land mass, which actually consists of the plateau itself as well as Mt. Gelmir to the west and Leyndell, Royal Capital to the east, and unlike the last two regions, there isn't one specific Site of Grace you'll necessarily begin with. But Erdtree-Gazil Hill is a Site of Grace you can feasibly come across whether you reached this area via the Grand Lift of Dectus or from the secret path. You'll not only find a Golden Seed here but you'll also want to come here if you're following Millicent's questline.
2. At Altus Highway Junction, if you're following the critical path then you'll want to head east. That said, you should still take the north route in order to pick up the map fragment for the area. This is also where you'll find Brother Corhyn after he leaves the Roundtable Hold so speak to him if you want to follow his questline.
3. You'll need to complete the Sealed Tunnel in order to reach the Divine Tower of West Altus to the south (just out of shot - there are two Sites of Grace, one outside the entrance and another in the tower), which opens once you have defeated Rykard and obtained his Great Rune. You'll also find the Smithing-Stone Miner's Bell Bearing (2) in this mini-dungeon as well as the Onyx Lord's Greatsword upon defeating the boss.
4. East of Outer Wall Battleground are three other Sites of Grace that are out of shot. One is Capital Rampart, the entrance into Leyndell. The other two are for the mini dungeons Auriza Side Tomb and Auriza Hero's Grave, which you'll find by taking the right branching path that takes you lower. The side tomb is confusing to navigate as you'll be teleporting a lot but you can get the Soldjars of Fortune Ashes after defeating the boss. The Auriza Hero's Grave is much harder as you have to fight two Crucible Knights at the end, but you'll get their weapons and armour for your trouble (specifically, the Crucible Axe Set and Ordovis's Greatsword).
5. If you continue north after getting the map fragment, the Forest-Spanning Greatbridge looks like a dead-end. However, there is a portal that will teleport you to the north side of the area where the windmills are.
6. Rampartside Path can be found when, instead of following the main path out of the north-west side of the outer capital wall, you take head south. The area here has two mini-dungeons while to the southwest is Stormcaller Church where you can find a Sacred Tear and the Dragonbolt Blessing incantation.
7. Sainted Hero's Grave is home to two very useful spirit ashes: Leyndell Soldier Ashes and Ancient Dragon Knight Kristoff. The first can be found by exploring the dungeon while the second is dropped upon defeating the boss.
8. Defeating the bosses at Altus Tunnel will reward you with Somberstone Miner's Bell Bearing (2).
9. Windmill Village is home to one of our recommended rune farming locations. Another Site of Grace can be unlocked further north by defeating the Godskin Apostle boss in that area.
10. Bower of Bounty is located on a low-lying part of Altus Plateau that's only accessible from the north as you pass the route near Windmill Village. This area is also home to Mirage Rise (which reveals itself upon completing an environmental puzzle) and a Minor Erdtree where you can find the Crimsonspill Crystal Tear and Speckled Hardtear.
11. You'll find Shaded Castle Ramparts when you enter Shaded Castle. There are two additional Sites of Grace as you explore the castle. If you're following Millicent's questline there is a key item you need to find here.
12. Bridge of Iniquity takes you on the path up Mt. Gelmir to reach Volcano Manor to find Rykard as well as locate the map fragment for this area. Beware that you don't divert too far on this path as you might have a nasty run-in with Patches...
13. Seethewater River is west of Wyndham Ruins and technically part of Mt. Gelmir albeit further down. Head north of this Site of Grace to find a Golden Seed.
14. Continue along the path from Seethewater River and you'll pass an optional cave and then further still to reach Seethewater Terminus. Fort Laiedd is nearby as is a Magma Wyrm boss. The lava where it appears from can also be traversed, which leads you around to a secret Hermit Village in the south-east.
15. Hermit Village has two Sites of Grace: Craftsman's Shack, where you can find the Pulley Crossbow.
16. Further northeast you'll find Primeval Sorcerer Azur. Interact with him to get the Comet Azur sorcery. There is also a path here that will act as a shortcut up Mt. Gelmir to Volcano Manor instead of having to go all the way around Altus Plateau.
17. Although this Site of Grace looks like it's at Hermit Village it's actually located below. Abductor Virgin is named after the two bosses you have to defeat before the Site of Grace is available. Getting here requires traversing a secret part of the Mt. Gelmir's already secretive prison town, which first requires you to get abducted in a part of Raya Lucaria Academy.
18. As this part of Mt. Gelmir is quite confusing to tell from the map alone, Old Altus Tunnel is actually not part of the mountain but is accessible by travelling north from Erdtree-Gazing Hill. You can find Boltdrake Talisman +1, Troll's Hammer and Great Club here, the latter dropped by the boss.
19. Wyndham Catacombs is located northwest of Wyndham Catacombs. Defeat the boss to get Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing (1).
20. Gelmir Hero's Grave is high up Mt. Gelmir. You'll actually see the entrance to your right just after using the shortcut via Hermit Village. Defeat the boss to get the powerful Bloodhound Knight Floh summoning spirit.

Volcano Manor Site of Grace locations

1. Volcano Manor is technically just a building, but it's also a legacy dungeon when you include the secret prison town beneath. It's quite possible to completely miss this area entirely depending on your approach. This Site of Grace is located in the manor near Lady Tanith and her crucible knight bodyguard.
2. If you reached Volcano Manor by being abducted in the Raya Lucaria Academy, you should find the Subterranean Inquisition Chamber Site of Grace. From here you can find traverse the nearby lava to find an escape route via a cavern that takes back to Altus Plateau, once you've defeated the Abductor Virgins on guard, that is.
3. Although you can reach the prison town by getting abducted, the real path is via a secret route inside Volcano Manor that will take you to Prison Town Church. You will then be exploring the area in a roughly counter-clockwise direction and should find the other Sites of Grace while doing so.
4. Exploring prison town should lead you to a portal that teleports you to Audience Pathway, the only accessible path to find Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy. The other way to reach this spot and bypass the prison town entirely is to enter into Lady Tanith's service and complete the requested assassinations.

Leyndell, Royal Capital Site of Grace locations

Note that there are two versions of Leyndell, the latter which comes into permanent effect in the endgame, so some Sites of Grace discovered earlier are no longer accessible. Nonetheless, some Sites of Grace are still the same but do require touching again to reactivate.

1. East Capital Ramparts will be the first Site of Grace you’ll find inside the Royal Capital after defeating Draconic Tree Sentinel guarding the entrance from the north.
2. Melina will next speak to you when you first rest at the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace. This will also be the closest Site of Grace to reach the secret entrance to the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds via a well.
3. Lower Capital Church contains the Lionel armour set, the armour which easily has the highest physical defence and resistance stats in the game, though it’s also the heaviest armour set.
4. West Capital Ramparts is higher up Leyndell and where you need to go to reach the roots that take you where you need to go on the critical path. It’s also close to a Golden Seed guarded by a fearsome gargoyle enemy.
5. If the Fortified Manor looks eerily familiar, it’s because it’s what the Roundtable Hold location is based on. This Site of Grace is found on the first floor where another painting can be found.
6. This Site of Grace appears after defeating Godfrey, First Elden Lord.
7. This Site of Grace appears after defeating Morgott the Omen King.
8. Underground Roadside is the first Site of Grace you’ll find in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds beneath Leyndell.
9. This Site of Grace appears after defeating Mohg, the Omen.
10. Head further behind the Cathedral and then down a hellish bit of platforming in order to reach the Frenzied Flame Proscription Site of Grace, which is where you need to be to meet the Three Fingers if you’re trying to get the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending.

Caelid Site of Grace locations

Here are maps of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond to the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. Caelid is made up of three regions: Caelid itself, Greyoll's Dragonbarrow for much of the north and north-east, and Swamp of Aeonia in the middle. There are also different ways to enter Caelid, but the conventional method will be from Limgrave in the east with Smoldering Church just as the border. Beware an NPC will invade you the first time you come here.
2. Gael Tunnel is a mini dungeon with technically two Sites of Grace, one at its entrance, the other at the rear entered from Limgrave just a little to the north-west. However, if you try to sneak in from the rear, a locked door blocks the way and can only be opened from the other side. Defeat the boss here to get the Moonveil Katana.
3. Deep Siofra Well can only be accessed via the lift in Siofra River, which requires two Stonesword Keys to activate. The ravine it's located in is isolated from the Dragonbarrow area. If you head west you will eventually reach a gigantic jar-person, with three summoning signs of NPCs you can challenge. If you head south you will find a path that takes you down to the rest of Caelid.
4. Calied's divine tower is unique in that it's the only one that has a mini-dungeon hidden inside. It's also lacking a main gate so you have to sneak in via some tricky platforming, although it means you don't have to have the specific Great Rune (in this case, Radhan's) in order to get in. A second Site of Grace is located in the tower's basement just before the boss. Defeat it to get the powerful Omenkiller Rollo summoning spirit.
5. Bestial Sanctum is where you can exchange Deathroot to Gurranq Beast Clergyman for rewards. It's also possible to teleport here earlier via a hidden portal in East Limgrave.
6. Fort Faroth is a key story location where you will find one half of the Dectus Medallion in order to activate the Grand Lift of Dectus to reach Altus Plateau.
7. It's possible to reach Sellia Crystal Tunnel early via teleporting chest beneath Limgrave's Dragon-Burnt Ruins, except you'll need to escape back to the entrance to find the Site of Grace. When you are ready to take this mini-dungeon on, the boss drops Somberstone Miner's Bell Bearing (1).
8. Abandoned Cave is where you will find the very useful Gold Scarab Talisman. You'll need to cross a chasm from the west side.
9. Sellia, Town of Sorcery has plenty of treasure (and some phantom sorcerer enemies lurking around) though you'll have to light blue flames nearby to access them, although you can get a Golden Seed quite easily. The Chair-Crypt of Sellia (numbered) Site of Grace is available after lighting all three blue flames in the town and defeating the bosses in that area. You'll get the Nox Flowing Sword and Lusat's Glintstone Staff for your trouble.
10. From Sellia, there's a route that will take you to higher ground. Follow this route to reach Church of the Plague where you will will find a Sacred Tear and meet Millicent if you want to follow her questline. It's also possible to reach this area by dropping down from Dragonbarrow to the north.
11. North of the church is Sellia Hideaway where you need to go to find an NPC if you're following Sellen's questline. Defeat the bosses inside to get the Crystal Torrent spell.
12. Impassable Greatbridge leads the way to Redmane Castle where you fight Starscourge Radhan. Nearby is also one of our recommended rune farming spots for early on in the game.
13. Redmane Castle is a relatively small legacy dungeon with just two Sites of Grace, although it also teleports you to the massive arena to the north where you fight Radahn. Beware arriving here too early as you may have to fight a very tough boss battle before this Site of Grace appears.

Mountaintops of the Giants Site of Grace locations

Here are maps of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond to the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. Before reaching the Mountaintops of the Giants, you'll need to pass through the Forbidden Lands, though it's a fairly linear route. However, before this Site of Grace, there's a path you can take south-east that will take you to the Divine Tower of East Altus and its Sites of Grace, one at the entrance and one inside (just out of shot in the above map). You'll however be whisked into a boss fight first.
2. Grand Lift of Rold will take you to the Mountaintops of the Giants to the critical path. However, there is also another path here that will take you to a secret area in the west. You'll need the Secret Haligtree Medallion for this by following Latenna's questline.
3. Just before the first proper Site of Grace in the area, you'll also find the first Mountaintop of the Giants map fragment nearby.
4. The second map fragment that completes the east part of the Mountaintops of the Giants is right next to the Giants' Gravepost Site of Grace.
5. Forge of the Giants is the last Site of Grace you'll reach before you have to commit to the endgame.
6. Sol Castle is an important location if you're trying to complete Latenna's questline and find the secret path to the Haligtree. It's also got a very tricky boss fight located to the far north. Although there are three Sites of Grace there, the one closest to the boss room isn't recommended as you'll encounter some very annoying enemies. Instead, you're better off running from the Site of Grace at the gate and then riding a lift as a shortcut.

Consecrated Snowfield Site of Grace locations

1. If you have both side of the Haligtree Secret Medallion and use it at Grand Lift of Rold, this will be the first Site of Grace in the area you'll arrive at. Take care that visibility is very poor at the start due to a blizzard, and you might easily miss another Site of Grace just ahead.
2. Yelough Anix Tunnel is just south of Yelough Anix Ruins where a very tough boss awaits. Defeat it and you'll be rewarded with the Meteorite of Astel spell.
3. Apostate Derelict is the last stop of Latenna's questline.
4. Ordina, Liturgical Town is where you need to go to find the secret path to the Haligtree, which requires completing a puzzle in an Evergaol version of the town.

Miquella's Haligtree Sites of Grace locations

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond to the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. This optional dungeon is split into two parts: Miquella's Haligtree, beginning here in the south, and Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree in the north, which you're journeying down in an almost spiralling direction. Most of the Sites of Grace you should pass by along the path.
2. Elphael's first Site of Grace is Prayer Room where you should meet Millicent if you've been following her questline. As the enemies in this area are worth a lot of runes, this is also our recommended rune farming spot in the late game.
3. Drainage Channel is the nearest recommended Site of Grace to use if you're following Millicent's questline to its completion.
4. Haligreet Roots is the Site of Grace just before you fight Malenia, the hardest boss in Elden Ring and perhaps ever created by FromSoftware. Good luck!

Crumbling Faram Azula Site of Grace locations

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond to the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. The final legacy dungeon is quite linear as you start from the south of the map and work your way along the path (Crumbling Beast Grave, numbered, should be the first Site of Grace you stop by), so most Sites of Grace you shouldn't miss.
2. Dragon Temple is on your way to fight the Godskin Duo. An already tough boss fight, you also have to run a bit of a gauntlet before getting there.
3. However, if you drop down from just before the Dragon Temple Site of Grace you'll find a secret path where you can pick up the Azula Beastman Ashes and also reach the Dragon Temple Transept Site of Grace, which is located much closer to the boss room.
4. This dungeon has a tough optional boss, Dragonlord Placidusax. If you want to undo the Frenzied Flame status you'll need to come here with the item you receive at the end of Millicent's questline.

Leyndell, Ashen Capital Sites of Grace locations

Note that there are two versions of Leyndell, the latter which comes into permanent effect in the endgame, so some Sites of Grace discovered earlier are no longer accessible. Nonetheless, some Sites of Grace are still the same but do require touching again to reactivate.

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond with the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. You'll begin by infiltrating the capital from the East Capital Rampart.
2. Subterranean Shunning-Grounds is a secret location beneath Leyndell and can still be accessed in its Ashen state. Underground Roadside is the first Site of Grace you'll come across.
3. Leyndell Catacombs is also located in Subterranean Shunning-Grounds where you can find the following talismans: Crucible Scale Talisman and Lord of Blood's Exultation.
4. Cathedral of the Forsaken is home to Mohg, the Omen. Defeat him and the Site of Grace will appear.
5. Head further behind the Cathedral and then down a hellish bit of platforming in order to reach the Frenzied Flame Proscription Site of Grace, which is where you need to be to meet the Three Fingers if you're trying to get the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending.
6. When you first return to Leyndell as the Ashen Capital, this will be your first Site of Grace.
7. The Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace appears the first time after you defeat Godfrey, First Elden Lord. The second time is after you defeat Sir Gideon Ofnir.
8. Elden Throne Site of Grace appears the first time after defeating Morgott the Omen King. The second time is after you defeat Hoarah Loux, and will be the last checkpoint before the final boss.
9. To the west of the capital, Divine Bridge can be accessed via a lift from Leyndell, although it will no longer be accessible in the endgame. You can however teleport there early on via the Tower of Return in Weeping Peninsula. A portal at the Divine Bridge is the only way to access Isolated Divine Tower and its Site of Grace (not shown in the above map). Entering the tower requires defeating Malenia.

Siofra River, Nokron and Mohgwyn Palace Site of Grace locations

1. Nokron is a city situated just above Siofra River, but not accessible until after you've defeated Starscourge Radahn, so the Sites of Grace can look like they're overlapping slightly. This should be the first Site of Grace you come across down here.
2. Siofra River Bank is close to where you can find the map fragment for this area as well as the Hallowhorn Grounds where you can get the Ancient Follower Ashes after completing a puzzle and defeating a boss.
3. Below the Well is next to the lift that will take you up to Caelid's Deep Siofra Well. It requires two Swordstone Keys to activate.
4. This Site of Grace is at the entrance to Nokron, Eternal City.
5. This Site of Grace appears after defeating Mimic Tear.
6. From this Site of Grace you can head down to Night's Sacred Ground (and another Site of Grace named after it) where you can find a key item in Ranni's quest as well as the all-important Mimic Tear Ashes.
7. This Site of Grace appears after defeating the Valiant Gargoyle boss. There's also a coffin nearby that will transport you to Deeproot Depths.
8. There's two ways to Mohgwyn Palace, one by completing Varre's questline, the other via a portal at Consecrated Snowfield. This will be the first Site of Grace you'll come across if you discover this area with via the latter method.
9. Just before this Site of Grace you'll find a corpse holding the map fragment for the area.

Deeproot Depths Site of Grace locations

1. You'll start at this Site of Grace only if you came via the secret passage at Frenzied Flame Proscription. You'll then need to platform down some roots to reach the next Site of Grace below, where you'll begin if you came from Nokron via the coffin. The subsequent Sites of Grace can all be found as you explore the rest of the area.
2. This Site of Grace appears after you've defeated Fia's champions and is also where you will conclude Fia's quest.

Ainsel River Site of Grace locations

Here's a map of the region showing all Site of Grace locations. Any numbers correspond to the notes underneath with further clarifications:

1. Accessible from the lift in East Liurnia, this is the first Site of Grace once you come down to Ainsel River Well Depths.
2. The area just before this Site of Grace is where you can find a merchant as well as the map fragment for the area.
3. This Site of Grace appears after defeating the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella in the same area. It will drop the Frozen Lightning Spear incantation but more importantly you'll be able to access a chest nearby at the end containing a Great Ghost Glovewort used for upgrading a special summoning spirit to its max level.
4. Ainsel River Main is only accessible via a portal that activates during Ranni's quest.
5. This takes you to Nokstella, Eternal City. You can farm Larval Tears in this area and also find the Moon of Nokstella talisman, which increases your memory slots when equipped.
6. Continue from this Site of Grace to fight an NPC as part of Ranni's questline.
7. The map fragment for Lake of Rot is just a short walk from this Site of Grace.
8. Head down from this Site of Grace to reach the boss of this area, which is required to complete Ranni's questline. The boss room and the Site of Grace which appears following the fight is out of shot to the south.
